Whoah - where did you find this shit? I have had little to no success at fringing jersey myself and it's getting depressing.
The dress is by the Aussie label TV and is a few collections old now but Romance was born do good jersey fringe atm and Therese Rawsthorne collection from a few seasons ago did a fantastic laser cut fringed dress check on ebay Aus....u might get lucky x
